Mike Roberts is a highly experienced digital strategist with 20 years of experience working with large corporations, consultancies, and agencies. He has a deep understanding of customer behavior and uses his skills to help organizations transform their operations and serve their customers better. Mike has expertise in product architecture definition, user experience design, prototyping and testing, and delivery roadmapping, among others.
Apart from his strategic skills, Mike has extensive experience in budget management and has managed operational, program, and project budgets of up to $10 million. He has also built and managed large enterprise UX and customer experience teams and has strong leadership and mentoring skills. As an executive director at various organizations, Mike has worked with clients across industries such as life sciences, utilities, technology, nonprofits, cultural institutions, consumer and luxury retail, travel and leisure, wholesale, retail, and private financial services.
Mike attended the University of Delaware for his undergraduate degree in Visual Communications and pursued a Master's in Design Planning & Management at the Institute of Design, IIT. He has worked for various organizations, including Infosys Consulting, Capgemini Consulting, OgilvyOne Worldwide, JP Morgan Treasury Services, and Sapient, among others. Mike also has an extensive background in the creative arts, having worked as an art director and creative director at various New York marketing and advertising agencies.
