Mike Ritzius

Mike Ritzius is a skilled facilitator known for his expertise in guiding groups towards leveraging collective knowledge for organizational growth and systemic change through hosting and design methodologies.

His educational background includes a Master of Science (MS) in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design at The New School, a Masters in Educational Leadership from Wilmington University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from Ursinus College.

Throughout his career, Mike has held various roles at organizations such as the New Jersey Education Association, where he served as a Project Lead, Associate Director of Professional Development and Instructional Issues, and Professional Development and Instructional Issues Consultant.

He has also been involved in founding and contributing to initiatives like The Edcamp Foundation as a Co-founder and Board Member, EdCamp Philadelphia as a Co-founder/Co-coordinator, and has worked in positions such as District Technology Trainer at Camden County Technical School, Teacher at Camden County Technical Schools, and Research Technician at Thomas Jefferson University.
