Mike Podobnik is the Vice President of People at Webflow, a position he has held since June 2022. In this role, he is responsible for scaling the People organization and leading a distributed team of over 50 members. He has also held advisory roles in several HR and People tech companies, including Eightfold.ai and GoodTime.io.1

Podobnik earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and holds the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification.1
