Mike Oshiro

Mike Oshiro is a veteran marketer and investor specializing in alternative investments. He is the CEO of CapLink Securities, Inc., a broker-dealer he co-founded in 2014 after years of experience in marketing and portfolio management. Oshiro's career began in the hedge fund business over 50 years ago when he developed competencies in compliance, trading, and analytics. He is a former Partner at Portfolio Advisory Services - Aggressive Growth Partners LP and CapLink Partners, his first venture devoted to external marketing for alternative investment managers. CapLink Securities focuses on helping its clients - non-competing alternative managers across various strategies - by increasing their assets under management with external marketing, assisting with product development, and providing advice on marketing materials and DDQs. CapLink aims to generate and facilitate relationships with institutional investors such as funds of hedge funds, family offices, private banks, public funds, consultants, and foundations and endowments.
