Mike Nicholson

Mike Nicholson is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in operations and engineering management. He received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Throughout his career, Nicholson has gained valuable expertise in program management, production management, product development, and engineering. He worked as a Product Development Engineer, Program Manager, Production Manager, Director of Engineering, Director of Operations and Engineering, and currently holds the position of Vice President/General Manager at Flexible Metal, Inc.

At Flexible Metal, Nicholson oversees the company's day-to-day operations, manages the engineering department, and leads strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives. His previous experience at TRW provided him a well-rounded skill set that enables him to manage complex projects, communicate effectively with teams, and solve problems with a solution-oriented approach.
