Mike Nichols

Mike Nichols is a seasoned non-profit association executive specializing in professional development and advocacy, with a focus on organizing strategic, experiential events.

He has a strong background in developing new initiatives, programs, products, and services within the non-profit sector, and he actively leads professional development activities such as certification programs, conferences, and seminars.

As a Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) and Certified Association Executive (CAE), Nichols brings a wealth of expertise in association management, strategy development, team building, leadership, and business aviation.

He pursued his education in Business Administration and International Business at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, supplementing his studies with an International Business exchange program at Buckinghamshire College.

Nichols has held several key roles at the National Business Aviation Association, including Senior Vice President of Strategy & Innovation, Vice President of Operational Excellence & Professional Development, Vice President of Operations, Education & Economics, Director of Tax, Economics, and Operational Services, and Manager of Tax & Finance Issues.

Prior to his tenure at the National Business Aviation Association, Nichols also served as the Manager of Industry Forums at ATIS, further expanding his experience in association management.
