For me, the reason I love this position so much is that I can enable people to get and respond to information about whatever they may be taken to court over. Almost nobody likes hearing from a process server unless they hired said server to deliver court papers for them. But with the application of genuine concern in notification of the individual's proceedings. And a straightforward approach to Process Service. I have almost never had an individual not thank me for delivering their court papers to them.  They will tell you they are the best organization in eight states. I will expand that statement to say that you will not encounter a better agency in the midwest to western United States. Here in my own operation, I sell solar concentration lenses. (<a href="http://iaus.com/solar-panels">http://iaus.com/solar-panels</a>) These lenses whether cleaning water in their original design. Or concentrating sunlight onto high temperature photovoltaic cells. Have a very positive environmental effect. I am also using all facets of my existing business in order to use the money to buy outright and install the technology along the banks of a large river on the east coast. This will be both my first personal experience undertaking a project of that size. As well all the facets of it will be a first for my business. This however, is where I wanted to go with this. And I have an absolutely wonderful, world class team to help me get to that point.

For the past few years this has been, by far the biggest thing I have ever done. Whether you need a new computer, help building a robot to automate a task for you, Survival / Self sustainability supplies, Seeds for your individual home garden (from 270+ vendors worldwide all non gmo), Broadcast quality graphics for print or video, or any combination of things I presently do or have retained the knowledge from doing. Every project no matter how small helps secure my dream. No matter whether I am teaching children how to build robots in New Jersey. Or I am teaching you how to avoid computer problems via remote from half a world away. The idea of bringing back times of old where it was cool to invent devices that made everyone’s life easier burns brighter than the sun. This is my personal vehicle to bring into play the dreams of people like Nicola Tesla. And in so doing when it’s time I will leave the world behind retrofitted and redesigned. When one is Spartacus hearted it no longer matters which organization, group, city, person, or state acts disregarded. It becomes the job to retrofit, educate, reset, fix, lock, load, and restart it.

The truest seed of free enterprise that has ever existed in the back of my brain, and in that respect probably one of the best companies I have worked for. I would handle every aspect of enterprise from” lead generation” to follow-up after the job was complete. I would sell ceiling cleaning jobs to companies like Olive Garden or Wal Mart. In the sales aspect I was a professional problem solver.  I had time to streamline my routine and develop procedures to coordinate entire sales campaigns, which I would use mostly free and commonly available resources to do.I also gained experience using programs like Onscreen Takeoff and Planswift to measure blueprints supplied by services like <a href="http://Isqft.com">Isqft.com</a> in order to generate cleaning bids for companies like Big-D Construction. I would negotiate with large stores as easily as small restaurants.  As new individuals were hired I would train them, and try to teach them everything I did. The best parts of this job were the fact I had the freedom of an independent contractor, while I had the backing of what some openly called the best cleaning service in Utah. This was free enterprise at its best, eventually however contrary to projection the downslide of economy swallowed this operation as we decided to branch out into other industries. Skills: Cleaning consultant, Sales, Team leader, excellent phone and people skills, trainer, website creator and administrator, helped with payroll using QuickBooks, became quite familiar with online bidding programs, cleaning crew, excellent knowledge of cleaning products and equipment

I would use excellent customer service skills to help customers select from a stock of donated furniture, bookshelves and the like. I also assisted in loading furniture and other large items into customer's vehicles. I would rotate stock to make sure the newest items were out and items were separated by height. People who use this resource, trade a minimum wage job for a small grant for retraining. Although my tenure for Wystan was as short lived as my residence in that state, this was a good job and the only excavation job where in 3 weeks I jumped from $9 per hour to $15 per hour. I was happy to work hard for Wystan, and his attention to detail would be something that would serve him well in Utah should he ever come here.Pipe layer’s assistant is not a simple job and very hard, heavy work but we completed the jobs we bid again with a perfection I have not seen in Utah.Skills: general construction skills, pipe layer’s assistant, willingness to work with the team and work hard to complete job

I was a state certified flagger for this organization. I coordinated and was responsible for providing public safety by directing traffic away from construction equipment and other hazards.  Being able to pay attention to things around me was required, not only for the safety of the traffic around me but also for the safety of the construction workers on duty.Skills: general construction labor, great team work, held flagging license, able to work with co-workers and general public to ensure everyone’s safety

Mostly out of sandy, I would be hired mainly for construction labor for both companies and individuals who dispatched a temp worker. The duties were varied with each job. After a short time in the sandy office I had earned such good reputation that I was allowed to cherry pick my own crews, provided my decisions were based on production and service based factors that were mutually beneficial to my analysis of the site and the customer’s satisfaction with the work done. We made a lot of customers very happy, Ogden was the same way, except they would never let a temp pick out a lineup.

Here I tried my hand at being a waiter in a restaurant. Although my heart was in the right place I would get confused when the place was packed, I was discharged in early march and subsequently re-instated 36 hours later as a dish washer. During times when my duties as dishwasher were caught up completely and would be for an hour or two, I would make sure everything was pre-measured and completely ready for the prep cooks who came in the morning.Skills: Great people skills, great work ethic, team player

My first call floor job, I put my heart and soul into making sure Bell Atlantic video customers were very well taken care of. On several occasions earning recognition on a corporate level for the quality of service I rendered, despite many hurdles this was a rewarding job. Although short lived after the two projects merged, the lesson to be learned here is to never “rest on one’s laurels”.Skills:  customers service, team player, good work ethic, quality service recognition

During 1999 this was another (much more strategically located) staffing service used to provide funding for survival to fill in gaps in more lucrative employment.  I worked for this agency as both Aloha Staffing and Apex Staffing (their later identity after being bought out and eventually relocating to Midvale, UT)This agency was tailored around service to construction companies as were the assignments they dispatched to. Very hard work for near minimum wage, but it was money coming in so typically those who complained or were not impeccably cautious on the jobsites did not last long at all.Skills:  general labor (construction), good team player, great desire to work

This project started off by me charging ridiculously low rates to repair, maintain, configure and upgrade computers. I discovered in the early days of this project that it was better to educate my clientele as to how to do basic maintenance and fix simple problems than it was to pay me (be a Patch Adams not another Bill Gates). With the release of Bryce 3d (now mostly defunct) and the original version of Adobe Photoshop my operation leaned more towards doing custom graphics. Now although I am still called upon to perform these functions, I am more charitable about pricing if I even charge, and have learned impeccable customer service skills as a result of this project. However the services offered from this venture have been integrated into my new venture, Rebirth of Renaissance.Skills: Owner/Operator, worked with many different computers, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, building computers

In a state of financial duress while on disability, I was trying to put myself through concurrent college / high school enrollment and could not survive without a job. I decided to turn my disability into ability.Although a short lived job, this was a valuable lesson in determination and given the situation along with the issues I was facing I was told that I lasted far longer than expected.My duties included loading empty video cassettes from either the duplication machine or the manufacturing machine (in either case this machine is referred to as a cassette sprinter) onto trays to do quality control. Some basic warehouse skills and forklift operation were also learned here as called upon to do so.Skills: customer service, team player, able to learn new equipment

Working for Chad Butterfield I started off sweeping and doing basic upkeep of the shop, later, I moved on to cleaning and sandblasting radiator housings so that they could be re-attached without problem. By mid 1992 I was also cleaning the radiators themselves. After my re-location and emancipation status in 1994 and until 1997 I was on call when needed. From 1994 until the shop closed in 1997 Chad was always good for a few days work here and there.
