•	Lead Technical Recruiter for ACET's Intelligence & DoD Proposal divisions, which involves full-life cycle recruiting for clearances ranging from Secret through TS/SCI w/agency FSP for classified Military & Government programs.
•	Recruited & hired TS/SCI w/FSP cleared Watch Operators for a classified Intelligence program.
•	Successfully lead the recruiting effort to staff an OCONUS Navy Aircraft Maintenance program requiring Secret clearances.
•	Successfully lead the recruiting effort to staff a classified Air Force ISSO program, which required initial hiring of 46 TS/SCI cleared personnel at 24 CONUS locations. Personally recruited & hired 38 of the 46 FTE's.
•	Awarded ACET “Employee of the Month” - November 2019.

•	High volume, full life-cycle, fast paced recruiting for assigned clients, projects, & internal corporate staffing for a full service, Microsoft Gold IT Consulting Firm (staff augmentation, managed services & application development). 
•	Primary clients included Constellation Energy Group (now Excelon), Carefirst BXBS, Verizon, Fannie Mae.
•	Instrumental in making a key high level hire (Sr. Applications Architect) that led to the award of a multimillion dollar managed services contract with Constellation Energy Group (now Excelon).
•	Utilized MindScope & Recruitmax applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates & position requirements.
•	Conducted database searches for potential candidates, reviewed candidate resumes, forwarded resumes to hiring managers & kept candidates apprised of hiring status. Utilized Beeline Vendor Management System with Carefirst BXBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield) to manage new consulting requirements & candidate submittals.

•	Functioned as the Lead Recruiter & responsible for fast paced, high volume, full life-cycle recruiting for assigned corporate clients including the Digex Operations Group (Firewalls, System Security Operations, UNIX / NT Build Team, Backups & Distribution, Implementations, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Process Engineering & Training, Physical Security, Logistics / Warehousing, Facilities / Maintenance) & Technical Sales (Central & West Coast). 
•	Interfaced with Corporate Executives up to & including CEO level, supported 1-Sr. Vice President, 2-Vice Presidents, & over 20 Regional Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers & made hiring recommendations.
•	Worked with VP’s, Directors & Managers to determine hiring needs & headcount, developed sourcing strategies, opened requisitions, sourced candidates, conducted candidate screening & interviews & arranged candidate travel when required, ensured EEOC / Affirmative Action compliance, generated offer letters, conducted reference checks & arranged for new hire orientation.

Digex, Inc.

Contract Consultant 

The TMS Division manufactured Global Positioning Systems (GPS) to track vehicle fleets.

•	Recruited & hired approximately 200 employees with a candidate offer acceptance rate of 87%. 
•	Functioned as Lead Recruiter & responsible for fast paced, high volume, full life-cycle recruiting for assigned corporate clients in the TMS Division. Interfaced & consulted with Engineering Managers & Directors, Director of Finance & the Vice President of TMS to determine hiring needs, headcount & made hiring recommendations.
•	Interfaced & made hiring recommendations to the Executive Vice President of ESSG during upper Management level hiring situations. 
•	Attended frequent divisional meetings & produced weekly reports / metrics & monthly TMS hiring activity reports.
•	Assisted management with requisition creation, opened new requisitions, developed sourcing strategies, sourced candidates via Internet, Networking, Direct, Agencies, Ad’s, Open Houses, Job / Career Fairs, College Recruiting, Employee Referrals, etc. Created newspaper ad’s & interfaced with ad agencies.
