Mike McCraw is a professional and versatile musician, specializing in drumming and reading various types of musical notation such as rhythm charts, standard notation, and the Nashville number system. He is influenced by a wide array of music genres including Rock, Jazz, Latin, Country, Big Band, Funk, Reggae, Metal, Ska, and Fusion.

Since 2010, Mike has been actively involved as a band leader and contractor for national and international acts such as the Platters, Coasters, Drifters, and Marvelettes. His aspirations include playing music every night, studying with renowned drum instructors to excel in his craft, developing relationships with other serious musicians, and establishing himself as a world-class player while earning respect from his musical heroes.

Apart from his musical pursuits, Mike has a background in C.I.S. from Southern Nazarene University. He has been associated with various organizations and roles including IBM Z Series, Z/OS Systems Corporate Tech at MidFirst Bank, and has experience in website design, drum teaching resources, marketing specialist, and as the owner of businesses like DrumCaveDave and Patent Coach Mike.
