Mike Malloy is a highly accomplished professional with an extensive background in the financial industry. Currently serving as the Chief Amazement Officer of Rock Central, a Detroit-based professional services company and a part of Rocket Companies, he oversees several departments, including The Pulse, Team Member Learning and Development, Team Member Workspace and Environment, Government Affairs, Event Management, and Audio-Visual. He has led Rocket Companies' Covid-19 response and strives to ensure that every member of the company has an amazing team member experience while building a stable financial future.

Prior to his current position, Mike led Rocket Mortgage's Mortgage Servicing Team, which won seven J.D. Power awards for its client service and technology. He has also worked at Bank of America, where he held several positions, including Mortgage Policy and Counterparty Relations Executive, General Counsel for Bank of America Home Loans, and Associate General Counsel for Litigation.

Mike has been actively involved in the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and was the Chairman of the Residential Board of Governors. He was also a member of the MBA Board of Directors and the Vice Chairman of The Financial Services Roundtable's Housing Policy Council. Additionally, he is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and was recognized as a member of North Carolina's "Legal Elite."

Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Davidson College and his Juris Doctor with honors from the Washington & Lee School of Law.
