Mike Madden is a seasoned executive leader with broad experience in management consulting, public policy, and administration. He holds an MPPA in Public Policy & Administration from Northwestern University and obtained his BA in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. At present, he serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Noble Network of Charter Schools in Chicago.

Mike has held several leadership positions at various organizations, including the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, City of Evanston, Madden Consulting Group, Government Finance Officers Association, City of Chicago, and Harris Trust & Savings Bank. His responsibilities at Noble include overseeing Campus Operations, Capital Planning, Construction, Facilities Management, Food Service, Information Technology, Safety & Security, Student Enrollment & Recruitment, and Support Team Operations.

Mike's expertise extends to operations, strategic planning, team management, financial & human management systems, and leadership development. He is also the President of the Board of Directors for Noble Day Care, where he leads a team that serves 45 children. He published four works on financial & human resource management systems in the public sector, including co-authoring "ERP and Financial Management Systems: The Backbone of Digital Government."
