Mike Lovas

Mike Lovas is a seasoned professional with over thirty years of experience in the technology industry, encompassing roles at TRW, Sun Microsystems, and Brocade Communications.

During his tenure at TRW, he focused on digital imaging in classified work for large government programs.

His time at Sun Microsystems involved various positions, including contributing to government programs, managing Solaris operating system releases, and directing the Solaris release and test organization.

At Brocade Communications, Mike served as a director, VP of the SAN integration team, overseeing the test organization, and as a distinguished engineer reporting to the VP of engineering.

His expertise lies in technical aspects of digital imaging systems, system engineering, program management for large software projects, and Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Fibre Channel technology.

Beyond his tech career, Mike is involved in real estate development, farming, and charitable work, and chairs the Berkeley Student Newspaper Publishing Company.

He holds a BA in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley.
