Mike Lee is a seasoned people strategist with over 20 years of experience in high-growth business operations leadership. He specializes in scaling technology organizations through creative and people-centered, data-informed talent acquisition strategies. He has built and led recruiting departments in three different industries, and has a proven track record of creating strategic recruiting initiatives that yield scalable organizations poised for growth. Lee is responsible for expanding four technology startup acquisitions inside The Home Depot, and has led the assimilation of these startups by the corporation. He has also founded two technology recruiting firms and an international nonprofit. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering with Open Hearts for Orphans.
