Notably, at Cernostics, Mike led a team that developed and commercialized TissueCypher, an Advanced Diagnostics Laboratory Test predicting the development of esophageal adenocarcinoma, a fatal cancer.

Mike's expertise spans biomarker discovery, validation, translational medicine, and diagnostics across various therapeutic areas such as oncology, gastroenterology, autoimmune diseases, and transplant rejection.
