Mike Henry is a seasoned music industry professional with over 20 years of experience in creating influential live events and cultivating vibrant local music scenes in Austin, Texas, and downtown Las Vegas.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Creative Writing with a minor in History from Oklahoma City University.

Throughout his career, Mike has held key roles in various organizations, including Talent Buyer and Event Producer at Mike Henry HQ, Talent Buyer at A Beautiful Perspective, Director of Live Music Operations at Downtown Project, and Co-Owner / Operating Partner at ND Austin, among others.

His extensive portfolio also includes positions such as Development Director at One World Theatre, Creative Director at Slamchannel.com, Co-Director / Producer at National Poetry Slam, and Member of the Board of Directors at Poetry Slam, Inc.
