Bluecore is a data science as a service platform, helping the world's largest retailers create personalized experiences for their customers with a privacy-first approach to data. Our personalization platform drives millions of dollars of revenue for our customers. 

I lead teams covering Bluecore's data platform, audiences, and delivery products. We ingest billions of events per day, query petabytes of data, and deliver hundreds of millions of personalized content. Our systems cannot fail and are built with reliability, cost-efficiency, and extensibility in mind. 

We leverage a variety of cutting-edge technology to deal with our massive scale, entirely on Google's Cloud Platform. Our services are built with Go, Python, and a little Rust, using gRPC services on Kubernetes. We use BigTable for low-latency data retrieval, BigQuery for massive data analysis, and PubSub for our event-driven architecture along with a variety of other technology.

Led Namely's technical direction, adopting best-practices for product engineering and infrastructure management as company scaled. Worked cross-functionally with all engineering teams, product, and executive leadership. Designed and collaborated on several key systems across Namely's product suite.

Technical lead for Uber's Observability Applications team, creating dashboard, monitoring, and alerting tools for Uber's global microservice-based architecture. Also developed anomaly detection functionality for Uber's metrics platform.
