Mike Hall

Mike Hall is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, sales, branding, and event management.

He has provided consulting services to a variety of organizations, including corporations, government agencies, and non-profits, focusing on diversity and technology recruiting.

During his time with the US Office of Personnel Management, Mike orchestrated job fairs for veterans of Desert Storm and also led events for the 'Celebration of Public Service'.

As the founder of PSI, he guided the company to become one of INC Magazine's fastest-growing privately held firms in the US.

After the acquisition of PSI by Professional Diversity Network, Mike Hall continued to drive innovation in diversity recruiting solutions, facilitating connections between employers and diverse talent pools.

His specialties include diversity branding, recruiting, partnerships, non-profit revenue sharing, business management, and strategic planning.

Mike pursued a BA in Journalism and Business at Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Currently, he holds the position of Executive Vice President at Professional Diversity Network, INC., having previously served as President and Owner at PSI, President at Personnel Strategies Inc. (PSI), and VP/President at Business People Inc. (BPI).
