Mike is currently a principal at Marsh & McLennan Agency - West, one of the nation's leading insurance brokerages. The firm provides risk management and employee benefit solutions in the areas of commercial property and casualty insurance, employee benefits, workers' compensation, compensation consulting, executive liability, personal lines, and surety for middle-market companies.

Mike is an alumnus of Albion College, where he earned his BA in Economics and Management. He is also an active member of his community and supports various non-profit organizations, including Children's Hunger Fund, Zoe International, The Finishing Fund, Orange Lutheran High School, Olive Crest, and more.
