Mike Goldstone is a highly experienced executive search professional specializing in the IT, Telecoms, Digital, and Professional Services sectors in Asia-Pacific/Japan. He has over 25 years of experience leading top-level executive searches for established companies, early stage businesses, and private equity and VC firms across the region, including China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Southeast Asia, India, Australia, and New Zealand. Mike holds a BA degree in Chinese & Asian History from the University of Bristol and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. He is currently the Managing Partner, Asia-Pacific & Japan at H.I. Executive Consulting. Prior to that, he was the Founding Partner at Goldstone & Co. and Managing Partner, Asia-Pacific/Japan Technology & Telecoms Practice at Heidrick & Struggles and Co-Head of Worldwide Telecoms Practice at Heidrick & Struggles.
