As former CFO of the Willow Creek Association, Mike contributed to the organization's growth from $3M to over $30M in revenues, overseeing global expansion and growing the world-renowned Global Leadership Summit. As the founder of Impact Quotient (IQ), Mike has partnered with numerous for-profit and non-profit organizations, providing operational, financial, and business frameworks that align their objectives with business realities, ensuring successful and impactful launches and growth. Mike earned a degree in Accounting Systems from Taylor University, graduating summa cum laude. He is married to Laura and has two sons, Logan and Landon.
