Mike Feather

Mike Feather is a highly experienced Senior Technical Consultant with a proven track record in managing the life cycle of complex projects. With over two decades of experience, Feather has developed a broad skillset that includes business process re-engineering, business requirements gathering, target operating model design, regulatory change, and project initiation. He has worked with renowned organizations such as Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide Building Society, and Lloyds Banking Group, where he served as a Senior Business Analyst. His areas of expertise cover Banking, Pensions, Life Assurance, Financial Services, and Higher Education. Feather is a Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma holder and has also secured TOGAF 9.1 Part 1&2 Certification. He is a certified member of the BCS by examination, having passed the ISEB Business Analysis Diploma & System Analysis Diploma. Feather was most recently a Business Analysis Consultant at RedRock Consulting Ltd before joining Atkins, where he currently serves as a Senior Technical Consultant.
