Mike Endsley

Mike Endsley, an accomplished IT Manager with a solid track record of delivering results through leadership, program management, and execution, has held several senior-level positions at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, where he currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Technology Strategy Office and Information Management. Endsley is passionate about technology and the impact it can have on a company's success. He is a connector and proficient in bringing together people, teams, and functions to solve complex projects. Endsley's specialties include IT strategy and operations, software and product development, service management, identity and access management, and organizational management.

Endsley holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma and has an extensive professional background. He began his career as a consultant at Academic User Services, University of Oklahoma, and subsequently held various senior-level positions at companies such as Monsanto and Digital Equipment Corporation. At Monsanto, Endsley served in several leadership roles, including Team Lead, SATT/Web Solutions; Team Lead, Ag Field Breeding Systems; and Program Manager, Identity & Access Mgmt.
