Before joining The Clear Group, Edgeley held several significant roles in the insurance sector. He was the Managing Director at A-Plan Insurance from June 2018 to April 2020, where he oversaw substantial operational changes and expansion. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer at A-Plan Insurance and held various director positions at BGL Group and Capita plc, focusing on both commercial and personal lines of insurance.124

Military Experience

Edgeley's career began in the military, where he served for over 17 years in The Parachute Regiment. This experience has shaped his leadership style and approach to business management, emphasizing clear objectives and collaborative execution.14
