Mike Ducker

Mike Ducker is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in researching, designing, leading, and advising entrepreneurship programs aimed at fostering economic growth.

He has served as an advisor and coach for 45 Entrepreneur Support Organizations, providing guidance on various aspects like programming, business models, marketing, operations, management, partnerships, fundraising, and outreach.

With a track record of designing 20 entrepreneurship programs for 7 international donors, Mike excels in creating programs, budgets, work plans, impact indicators, operational structures, and management systems.

Having managed programs that supported over 4,500 ventures, Mike has played a pivotal role in connecting, training, and coaching founders on crucial areas such as product development, market engagement, fundraising, team building, and business model refinement.

He has also been instrumental in creating programs aimed at unlocking capital by aiding investors, enhancing the capacity of ventures to attract capital, and facilitating connections with financial institutions.

Currently, Mike is actively involved in supporting cleantech startups based in Maryland through the development of effective programs and communication strategies.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Mike is also an author who is working on a book that focuses on entrepreneurship and city economics and growth.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mike is an accomplished athlete, having completed 7 marathons, 7 triathlons, and successfully summited Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Mike's educational background includes studying at Novi, obtaining an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Central Michigan University.
