Mike Dean is a seasoned media and technology leader with over 20 years of experience in strategy, sales, product, data, and transformation initiatives.
As the President of Ampersand, a joint venture between Comcast, Charter, and Cox, Mike leads efforts to unify and simplify data-enabled multi-platform TV advertising for marketers, content providers, and distributors, representing the largest share of multiscreen television inventory in the U.S.
Prior to his current role, Mike served as a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting, providing guidance to media clients on utilizing technology and data to drive growth. He also held key roles at Paramount, Disney ABC, Videology, Microsoft, and Dell, focusing on product development, partnerships, and advanced advertising.
Mike holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and studied Information Systems & Operations at Texas A&M University. He has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, developing innovative products, and forming strategic partnerships within the media and technology sectors. Mike is dedicated to transforming the TV advertising industry with a focus on data-driven insights.
