Mike Lafitte

Mike Lafitte is a prominent figure in the commercial real estate industry, particularly in Dallas. He served as the CEO of Trammell Crow Company, a major Dallas-based real estate developer, from 2020 to 2023.13 Prior to this role, Lafitte held several leadership positions at CBRE Group, including CEO of CBRE's Real Estate Investments segment and CEO of CBRE's Advisory Services segment.2

Lafitte has a long history in the real estate industry, joining Trammell Crow Company in 1997 and continuing with the firm after its acquisition by CBRE in 2006.3 He has over 25 years of experience with CBRE and Trammell Crow Company, holding various leadership roles across different segments of the business.2

Currently, Lafitte serves as the Managing Partner of Maplewood Ventures LLC, a private investment platform.2 He is also involved in several boards in Dallas, including the Crow Holdings Development Advisory Board, the Dallas Country Club Board of Governors, and the Boards for East-West Ministries, Behind Every Door, and the W.A. Criswell Foundation.2

Lafitte's educational background includes a BBA from the University of Texas and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas.2
