Mike Asem is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and investor with a strong passion for promoting startups. A Purdue University alumnus, Mike is the founder of The Anvil and previously worked at The Purdue Foundry. He is presently serving as a General Partner at M25 and investing a major portion of his time to support startups. Mike has also held director-level positions in multiple organizations during his career, including Purdue Research Foundation and Chicago Ventures. His strong commitment to entrepreneurship and innovation has earned him recognition as a Fellow in Class 24 of Kauffman Fellows.

Apart from his excellent professional background, Mike is highly involved in various organizations, including serving as a board member in Civic Eagle, Elate, and BLCK VC. He is also an advisor to Socio Labs and was a former board member of scriptDrop and PicDiversity, Inc.

In his free time, Mike enjoys making wine with his dad, cheering for Chicago's sports teams, and seeking out delicious sushi restaurants.
