Mike Allen is an IT Technical Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, desktop and laptop image builds, deployments, and configuration.

He has a strong background in providing client and customer focused IT support, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues both independently and as part of a team.

Currently, Mike is enhancing his skills by pursuing a self-learning course on Microsoft 365 Fundamentals with the objective of obtaining the MS-900 certification.

Professionally, Mike has served as a Technical Analyst at Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd and previously worked as an IT Support Analyst at the same organization. Prior to his IT roles, he held positions as a Shop Assistant at Tesco PLC and JJB Sports.
