Prior to his current role, he held positions such as Executive Director at AEA Educational Foundation, Vice President of Member Programs & Education, and Director of Training & Education at Aircraft Electronics Association.

Mike also has a solid foundation in sales and marketing, having worked in roles like Commercial & General Aviation Sales/Marketing at Honeywell Aerospace.

His professional journey includes experience in operations at Sprint and aviation maintenance administration in the US Navy.
