Mija Lieberman is a Diversity and Inclusion Analyst at Unity, a prominent figure in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).1 With a strong background in psychology, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College and has pursued additional studies in Chinese Language and Literature at Fudan University, as well as Spanish at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
Throughout her career, Mija has demonstrated a deep commitment to fostering inclusive work environments. Her professional journey includes roles such as Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist at Lark Health and various positions at Niantic, Inc., before joining Unity. At Unity, she has been instrumental in developing and implementing DEI initiatives, particularly focusing on Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) as a means to promote inclusion.36
