Mihir Desai

Mihir Desai is the founder and CEO of Dexis Consulting Group, a prominent foreign assistance focused consulting firm with operations in 80 countries.

He has been recognized for his leadership and achievements, including being a finalist at the Smart CEO awards and featured by American Express for his global firm leadership.

With a background as a former World Bank investment officer, Mihir has applied his expertise in over 40 countries, showcasing his commitment to international development.

Complementing his practical experience, Mihir actively engages with the academic community as a member of the international business research center at George Washington University (GWU).

He holds a master's degree from GWU School of Business and completed his undergraduate studies in economics at Macalester College.

Mihir is deeply involved in advocacy work, being an active member of prominent organizations like the US Global Leadership Council (USGLC) and the Professional Services Council (PSC).
