Miguel Palhas

Miguel Palhas is a professional over-engineer at Subvisual, specializing in FinTech, Blockchain, Web development, and High-Performance. He is well-versed in Elixir, Rust, and DevOps. Apart from his technical expertise, Miguel is an above-average chess player. Miguel pursued his education at Universidade do Minho, where he obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Informatics with a solid GPA of 84.87. He also holds certifications such as Ethereum Certified Developer in Ethereum & Blockchain development from B9lab and a Master's Degree in Informatics Engineering from Universidade do Minho. Throughout his career, Miguel has gained experience in various roles, including Software Developer at Subvisual, Back End Developer at Coverflex, Infrastructure Engineer, Blockchain Engineer, and Backend Developer at Utrust. He has also worked as a Researcher at Universidade do Minho and as a Research Intern at the Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences (ICES).
