Miftah Mizan

Miftah Mizan is a results-driven individual with a strong passion for consulting work, particularly focused on business and organization transformation within the banking industry, accumulating almost seven years of experience.

Currently serving as the Head of Payment at MOKA, Miftah plays a pivotal role in driving the payment business vertical and fostering MOKA's position as the first cloud-based POS system integrated with major mobile payment solutions in Indonesia.

In his current capacity, Miftah oversees product development, engineering, sales initiatives, and operational management related to the payment product.

Prior to his role at MOKA, Miftah spent nearly two years at BCG as an Associate, predominantly engaged in consulting projects within the banking sector spanning across South East Asia.

His expertise encompasses developing new strategies and product offerings, enhancing salesforce efficiency, streamlining business processes, and facilitating organizational transformations.

Before transitioning to consulting, Miftah kickstarted his professional journey at Commonwealth Bank, gaining valuable experience in both their Indonesia and Sydney offices.

During his tenure at Commonwealth Bank, Miftah spearheaded strategic initiatives aimed at building process improvement capabilities in the Indonesian operations while concurrently executing business transformation projects leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology.

His broad exposure within the banking domain includes areas such as SME lending, risk management, and branch operations.
