Mico Cascais is a seasoned Cruise Executive with a remarkable 30-year background in shipboard and corporate management. For the last two decades, he has been instrumental in overseeing the Shore Excursion Experiences programs for Carnival's cruise guests.

Currently, Mico Cascais is dedicated to collaborating closely with destinations and stakeholders to maximize their potential within the Cruise Industry. He specializes in identifying the authentic and collectible experiences offered by each destination, enhancing existing offerings to surpass the expectations of Cruise Guests.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Petroleum Engineering from West Virginia University. Throughout his career, Mico Cascais has held key roles in prestigious organizations such as being the Principal at Mico Cascais, Inc., VP of Tour Operations at Carnival Cruise Line, Hotel Director at Renaissance Cruises, and Hotel Manager at Carnival Cruise Line.
