Mick Roberts is a highly respected security industry professional with an impressive 23-year career in the Australian Army, followed by 18 years of operational experience overseas. He has gained extensive training, management, and operational experience in a variety of challenging environments, including Iraq, Afghanistan, and Indonesia. As a dedicated leader, Mick is experienced in managing large and small teams, delivering specialist training or mentoring individuals. He is also an expert in defensive tactics and martial arts and has been mentoring in Indonesia for the last four years. Mick's current role is as a Security Manager at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, where he manages security operations to maintain the centre's five-star rating. Additionally, Mick conducts tactical pistol training and Defense Tactics seminars.
