Michiel Sijp is an experienced accountant and controller. After completing his Master's degree in Accountancy and Control with a specialization in Control at the University of Amsterdam, he gained valuable experience in the finance field by working for various organizations such as Albéa Group, Sijp's Cultuur- en Handelsonderneming, Kieft Seeds Holland, Enza Zaden, and Capi Europe. He has also pursued his education by acquiring Business Administration and Agribusiness degrees at HAS Den Bosch.

At Albéa Group, Michiel worked as an Assistant Controller, while at Sijp's Cultuur- en Handelsonderneming he served as a Junior Controller and Assistant Manager. While pursuing his studies, he interned at various firms and developed critical skills necessary for his career as an accountant and controller. He is now a Financial Controller at Action, utilizing his expertise and knowledge to assist the company's financial operations.
