In her early career, Michelle held several roles at Spire (formerly LK), where she honed her administrative, organizational, and branding skills. Her experiences as an Administrative Assistant, Corporate Secretary, and Office Assistant saw her play a fundamental role in supporting complex projects and fostering organizational growth through strategic marketing efforts. Notably, her early work at Happy Baker, LLC as Office Assistant & Draftsman provided her with the foundational skills crucial for the field of design and organization.
