Supervise and coordinate the daily operational requirements of Applied Capital Group,for Commercial Businesses Operations department including the collecting, counting, and depositing of Applied Capital Group revenue. Assist in maintaining accounting controls and business processes measures appropriate for the protection of investors assets. Assist in the preparation of various operational accounting and budgetary reports. Respond to internal and external business requests for information and service. I am responsible for all functions and tasks within individual assigned area of responsibility.

As an Underwriting Analyst at Axa Equitable Insurance Company, I was responsible for evaluating risk to determine new business, amendment, and renewal pricing using established Underwriting guidelines.I enjoyed every minute of it. I am responsible for supporting large group underwriters assigned to Axa Equitable Insurance Company existing and prospective clients ranging from 1,000 to 50,000 plus lives. I really had my most fun working within a defined authorities level matrix which included experience rating and large case risk analysis. plus I followed the pre-established appeal process and completes underwriting audits to ensure adherence and consistency to business guidelines and procedures.

I have to say that this was one of the best jobs ever. They were looking for an individual who had outstanding verbal and written skills. I fit the bill and was ready to meet the  challenge. I started to resolve technical and system related issues and questions through direct client contact. I was that individual who served as a liaison to the end user community, providing guidance in the use of new and existing features and thus must excel at making technical ideas and concepts accessible to non-technical system users.  This was so challenging but so much fun to learn and work with a great team of people. I reported to the VP of Human Resources, the Business Administrator who was so important to my growth and professional development. The team I worked with was instrumental in keeping our office organized, running smoothly and efficiently. We flowed as a team.
