She is a Co-Founder & COO of Grow.co and NextCustomer, while also holding the position of President at Troop Consulting. Michelle's educational background includes studying at California State University, Northridge. Her previous roles include Chief Revenue Officer & Head of Partnerships at Fora Group and Ai4 - Artificial Intelligence Conferences. Michelle has also been involved with various non-profit animal rescue groups as a volunteer. She has served in leadership positions at Mobile Apps Unlocked (MAU), HR Transform, InsureTech Connect, and other organizations.
