Michelle Theodat is an experienced leader in management, marketing, and partnerships, with a passion for driving social impact. With almost two decades of experience spanning the communications, entertainment, and non-profit sectors, Michelle has a proven track record of identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities, driving campaigns, and managing relationships.
Michelle's professional journey started with an administrative assistant role at Robinson Lerer & Montgomery, and she went on to become a talent manager at Kipperman Management. She leveraged her expertise in partnerships and celebrity relations, serving as the Freelance Director of Celebrity Relations & Partnerships and the Director of Sports Partnerships at UNICEF USA. As Deputy Director of Corporate Partnerships at UNICEF USA, Michelle worked closely with businesses and brands to align their goals and interests with those of the organization.
Michelle is currently serving as Director of Entertainment and Brand Partnerships at the Natural Resources Defense Council, where she identifies new opportunities to amplify the organization's message through innovative partnerships with brands in the entertainment space.
Michelle studied political science at Trinity College-Hartford and spent a semester abroad at Trinity College Rome Campus. She attended Brookline High School.
