Michelle Takemoto is a seasoned behavioral scientist with over a decade of experience applying evidence-based principles to enhance engagement, adherence, and outcomes through in-person and digital modalities.

With a background in Public Health and Health Behavior, Michelle holds a PhD from the University of California San Diego and San Diego State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from the same institutions.
She has held key positions such as Staff UX Researcher and former Senior UX Researcher at ServiceNow, leveraging her skills in digital engagement to drive sustained participation and implement effective interventions in innovative environments.
Prior to her industry roles, Michelle served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at UCSD and as a Program Manager, rounding out her diverse experience in research, user experience, and project management.
