Respond to customer service, technical support, and sales related calls, emails, and social media messages from customers, affiliates, coaches, and distribution partners, both domestic and international.

Process customer orders, handle exchanges, returns, adjustments, resolve order errors, shipping delays, and process warranty claims.
Provide assistance with a warm and professional attitude and handle customer complaints with a cooperative and empathetic demeanor, helping a growing business establish a reputation of superior customer service.

Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets for various data, including a thorough 17 page reference guide of company and product information as well as a large library of responses to commonly asked questions and frequently used email templates (over 250) that will help train future employees with greater speed and efficiency and maintain a consistent level of quality of customer service.

Create and maintain the registration pages for events with RegFox as well as the event listings on Evensi, and Facebook.

Assist with updating and maintaining the company website and other various programs; familiar with WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, ShipStation, Growth Hero, Inspire360, YouTube, QuickBooks Commerce (formerly TradeGecko, soon to be integrated with Quickbooks Online), and Google G-Suite apps.

Provided comprehensive administrative support to over 40 instructors; frequently balanced multiple projects simultaneously and prioritized to ensure all deadlines were met.

Maintained accurate and up-to-date physical and electronic records of all instructors' course schedules, syllabi, and office hours for each term.

Preformed administrative duties including: responding to requests for information in person and via telephone, filing, disturbing incoming mail, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
