Michelle Tran Maryns is the Vice President of Innovation and Strategic Communications at the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota (WFMN). She joined WFMN in January 2024 and brings a wealth of experience in leadership, innovation, and social impact. Prior to this role, she was the founder and CEO of We Sparkle Co., a public benefit corporation that developed AI-powered tools for underestimated entrepreneurs. Her career also includes roles such as Chief of Strategic Initiatives at Meda, Associate Director of Digital Strategy & Innovation at the American Academy of Neurology, and strategy consultant for companies like Google and Target.
Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas. She is also a 2022 Global Good Fund Fellow and actively volunteers on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement North and the Greater MSP Forge North Leadership Council.
