She is a 2021 Bush Fellow and a 2022 Global Good Fund Fellow with a background in digital marketing and human-centered design thinking.

Michelle has experience in public, private, and nonprofit sectors, and has advised notable startups like Boosted Boards, Skip Scooters, and Stitch Fix.

She co-founded a Service Design Network chapter and is a strong advocate for financial activism and impact investing.

Michelle holds educational qualifications from University of Oxford, Harvard Kennedy School, The University of Kansas, and Phillips Exeter Academy.

Her previous roles include Vice President at Women's Foundation of Minnesota, Chief of Strategic Initiatives at Meda, and Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State.
