Michelle Lyons-McFarland

Michelle Lyons-McFarland is a highly educated individual with a strong background in English language and literature. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in English Language and Literature/Letters from Case Western Reserve University. Michelle also completed her Master of Arts (MA) in English at the same institution. In addition, she pursued a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Washington, an AA Transfer Degree in English from Bellevue College, and studied English Language and Literature at the University of Oklahoma.

Michelle Lyons-McFarland has an extensive history of involvement with various organizations. She was a Ph.D. student in English Literature and Composition, as well as a former Co-owner at Growling Door Games. Michelle also served as a Part-Time Lecturer, PhD Teaching Assistant, and MA Teaching Assistant at Case Western Reserve University. Her experience includes roles such as Writer at NCsoft, Editor at Wetpaint, Web Community Manager for Gears of War and Zoo Tycoon at Microsoft, and Web Content Writer for Microsoft Game Studios at Sakson & Taylor. Furthermore, Michelle was an Associate Editor at Wizards of the Coast and an Editor at FASA Corporation.
