Currently serving as the Director of Alumni Relations at FIRST, Michelle is responsible for leading the strategy to engage and activate a global community of over 300,000 alumni.

Michelle holds certifications in alumni relations, emotional intelligence, and strategic planning, showcasing her expertise in building authentic relationships and supporting alumni growth.

With a background in theater from Hillsdale College and experience in various roles within FIRST, including Alumni Relations Manager and Executive Assistant to the President, Michelle brings a diverse skill set to her leadership role.
