Michelle Linderman is a seasoned lawyer with over 25 years of experience and a decade specializing in advising clients on international trade sanctions.

Her expertise lies in providing strategic guidance to clients from various sectors on navigating the complexities of trade sanctions and export controls, including counseling on due diligence, compliance procedures, impact assessment, and drafting sanctions clauses.

Michelle's diverse client portfolio includes traders, ship owners, insurers, financial institutions, manufacturers, luxury goods brands, and energy companies, offering them tailored advice on UK and EU trade and financial sanctions.

Apart from trade sanctions, she also provides counsel on anti-bribery and corruption, modern slavery, and anti-money laundering.

Michelle Linderman holds a BA Honours in Modern Chinese Studies from the University of Leeds.

She has previously served as a Partner at reputable law firms such as Van Bael & Bellis, Crowell & Moring, and Ince & Co, where she started as a Solicitor in 1997 and progressed to become a Partner until April 2017.
