Hello! I'm Michelle Lee, a dynamic individual with a passion for tacos, baking, and running to podcasts. My journey includes diverse experiences ranging from teaching to tech recruitment.

I pursued my Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies at Brigham Young University, laying a strong foundation for my career.

Currently, I serve as a Product/Tech Sourcer at Asana, leveraging my skills to identify and attract top talent in the tech industry.

Previously, I held the role of Recruiting Coordinator at Asana, where I honed my recruitment abilities and contributed to building high-performing teams.

Before transitioning to the tech industry, I dedicated my time to education. I have experience as a 2nd Grade Teacher at American Leadership Academy and as a 5th Grade Math/Science Teacher at Academy of Math & Science.

Additionally, I have contributed to language education as an English Teacher at International Language Programs (ILP), fostering the growth of students' linguistic abilities.

My retail experience includes serving as an Assistant Department Manager and Sales Associate at Nordstrom, showcasing my strong interpersonal and leadership skills in a customer-facing environment.
