Michelle Jarrard

Michelle Jarrard is a partner in True's San Francisco office, specializing in recruiting VP and C-suite customer success executives for B2B software companies.1 She focuses primarily on enterprise software but has worked with a broad spectrum of clients, including ActiveCampaign, SeekOut, MURAL, Hopin, Deputy, GitHub, and many others.1

Michelle received a bachelor's degree in communications from UC Santa Barbara.1 In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as backpacking, hiking, and skiing in Tahoe, as well as attending concerts.1

Prior to her role at True Search, Michelle had a distinguished career at McKinsey & Company, where she served as a Senior Partner for 25 years.2 During her time at McKinsey, she held multiple senior leadership roles, including Global Chief HR and Talent Officer from 2007 until her retirement in 2016.2

Currently, Michelle also serves as CEO and board member of BioCircuit Technologies, an early-stage medical device company specializing in neuromodulation and repair.2 Additionally, she is the non-executive board chair of Crawford & Company and a director of Inspire Brands.2
