Michelle Fekade

Michelle Fekade is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of extensive experience in administrative, budgetary management, strategic planning, and organizational design in the public and private sector internationally and domestically.

With a background in Hospitality Administration and International Travel and Tourism, Michelle holds a BS degree from UNLV and an Associates degree in Hotel/Lodging Management from Johnson and Wales University.

Throughout her career, Michelle has held key roles at USAID, including Supervisory Executive Officer, Executive Officer for USAID/Afghanistan, Deputy Assistant Administrator, Director of the Office of Program and Management Operations, Senior Human Capital Advisor, Personnel Surge Coordinator, and Admin/Management Analyst.

Michelle Fekade has also served as the General Manager at the US Embassy in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and as a Senior Box Office and VIP Services Administrator at Paris Las Vegas Resort and Casino.

Her expertise lies in developing and implementing major administrative policies and requirements for substantive, mission-oriented programs, focusing on complex issues that impact critical aspects of major programs, demonstrating a strong ability to achieve exceptional results even with limited resources available.
