Michelle Engfer is a passionate and experienced manager with a deep knowledge of customer success, human resources, and project management. She has dedicated her career to crafting experiential processes and leading intricate operations. With a BS in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Florida, along with international study abroad programs in Bluche, Switzerland and Valencia, Spain, Michelle has developed a global perspective that informs her leadership. She gained extensive experience at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts where she worked as a Rooms Division Intern, Management Trainee, Housekeeping Assistant Manager, Hotel Assistant Manager, Front Desk Manager, and Front Office Manager. Michelle's latest experience was as an Account Manager at Hello! Destination Management and Client Relationship and Marketing Manager at Coaching 4 Good. Her managerial talents were recognized by Four Seasons when she received the Manager of the Quarter award. Now Michelle is looking to use her proven skills to empower and collaborate in a diverse, purpose-driven organization.
